Enrolment

At HHOOSH we manage all our enquiries online through the My Family Lounge (MFL) service.

2024 Enrolment Information

How to enrol 

It's easy to enrol into our service, simply use the My Family Lounge App for casual bookings or for permanent bookings, follow the 3 simple steps below.

 

Step 1:
You must use a computer to register. Registering cannot be done on your phone or tablet. You can only use your phone/tablet for booking the days (casual) or markin
g absent.

 

Step 2: 
For families that do NOT have an existing My Family Lounge Account click on REGISTER to create your own My Family Lounge account.
For families who already have an EXISTING My Family Lounge account, skip the registration process and go to step 4.

Step 3: 
Log into your MFL account and ensure your child's enrolment is completed, their immunisation history statement is uploaded and the direct debit requirements are completed.  Once done, "Save and Submit" your child’s enrolment form online.

Step 4:
Permanent bookings:

You must do this in BOOKING REQUESTS on the MFL portal (computer) and click NEW REQUEST and follow the steps.


Casual bookings (Before, After and Vacation Care):

1. Log into your My Family Lounge app
2. Select the ‘Bookings’ icon in the home page
3. From there select the session you wish to book e.g., Hunters Hill Before School Care, Hunters Hill After School Care or Vacation Care.
4. Once you have selected your session, a calendar will appear. Select the day you wish for your child/ren to attend (days available will appear green and days booked out will appear in red).
5. After selecting the day, click ‘Book Session’. The date will now appear purple.

 

Step 5:
We will email you an invoice for the days you have been booked into. If you have long outstanding fees, your booking will be cancelled.

 

N.B.: If you wish to cancel any days, you must email us. You CANNOT cancel from your end. You can only mark as absent, which means you will still be charged for the day in full.
 

To mark your child/ren absent:

1. Log into your My Family Lounge app

2. Select the ‘Bookings’ icon in the home page

3. From there select the session you wish to mark absent e.g., Hunters Hill Before School Care, Hunters Hill After School Care or Vacation Care.

4. Once you have selected your session, a calendar will appear. Select the day you wish to mark your child/ren absent (days booked-in will appear purple).

5. After selecting the day, click 'Mark Absent'. The date will now appear Orange.

 

To request a new permanent booking, you must do this in BOOKING REQUESTS – NEW REQUEST and follow the steps.

Please find below information regarding changes towards the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) in which will take effect from Monday 10th July 2023.

Creative Workshop and Music Lessons

If your child is enrolled into a Creative Workshop and/or Music Lesson, please complete the form below. You may return the form either via email or hand deliver the form to the Centre to authorise your child to attend their lesson.
